Sgld is a New York City based DJ/Producer. He’s got more than 25 years of experience within music, numerous releases that range from Instrumental Hip-Hop to House, a monthly show on The Lot Radio and various collaborations to date.

In his own words:
“This mix pays homage to Stan Ray and its Texas heritage. With that knowledge, I curated a diverse and eclectic assortment of musicians from the state. It ranges from Tejano, Jazz, Indie Rock, Southern Rap & Classical. Also, given the origin of "Chopped & Screwed,” a technique that has been a staple since the 1990s within Texas Rap, I decided all songs used in this mix were to be slowed down, and chopped up. Enjoy.”
